Twin Dolphins is the latest Lagoon 470 model that has 50 cm more length an 20 cm increased hull heights to give more room inside and smoother rides over ocean waves. The specification goes far beyond standards. It has been commissioned by its owner for a world cruise.

The main saloon and galley are very nicely appointed with a light and airy quality with a state of the art entertainment centre comprising satellite TV system, DVD and Dolby surround.A navigation station is located to port of the settee. Here are the controls for the autopilot, MARPA radar, fish-finder, chart plotter, VHF and SSB radio. Access to the huge, aft cockpit is through a large sliding door.

On deck, the Twin Dolphins provides lots of space. There are speakers outside so you can listen to music while you are sailing. The trampoline is fabulous for lounging and sunbathing while the cockpit offers cover from the tropical sun.
The boat is a special owner’s version with 3 double cabins and a large master in the right hull. It has a very large bath with full shower between the two cabins in right hull. So there is a total of 4 double cabins – plus skipper quarter – and 3 heads, one with full separate shower.
Since Twin Dolphins has been splashed she has been used lightly by the owner in the Western Med between Spain, Italy, France, and Africa. She has never been chartered.

The original engines have been replaced by two strong 78 hp Yanmars to give her more speed and comfort in strong weather. The two feathering MaxProp propellers give the boat maximum speeds under sail and engine.You will enjoy rides on the 50 km/h fast dingy which can be used for water skiing. Surf board, snorkel, and fishing gear will make your stay on the anchorage a pleasant one.
